Our Heritage
Two moments in my life stick out most profoundly. One was the first time that I saw a mountain...l was about eight years old and until that point had never seen a large hill, much less a piece of earth thousands of feet high. The other was my first trip to Yosemite Valley. I still believe Yosemite is one of the most special places on this planet. Mountains inspire me today as much as they did when I was 8 years old and they're the driving force behind this company.
